3. Confirmation de r\u00e9servation par courrier postal (propri\u00e9taire au locataire)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Solde, attestation d’assurance vill\u00e9giature, et d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie par courrier postal (locataire au propri\u00e9taire).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LE DEPOT DE GARANTIE (990\u20ac) <\/strong>est \u00e0 effectuer avec le solde, un mois avant l\u2019entr\u00e9e en location. Si le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie est effectu\u00e9 par ch\u00e8que, celui-ci n\u2019est pas encaiss\u00e9, sauf si l\u2019\u00e9tat des lieux de sortie l\u2019exige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les charges courantes comprises couvrent les consommations habituelles (hors chauffage) d\u2019une famille ou d\u2019un groupe. Il vous faut n\u00e9anmoins pr\u00e9voir la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un suppl\u00e9ment en cas de consommations suppl\u00e9mentaires ou pour le chauffage (\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et\/ou bois) suivant les saisons et suivant les habitudes de chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous avons d\u00e9taill\u00e9 l’annonce pour que les locataires puissent avoir un grand nombre d\u2019informations sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 lou\u00e9e, la r\u00e9gion du Cotentin, les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de location, les modalit\u00e9s de r\u00e9servation. Le m\u00e9nage de fin de s\u00e9jour (+120\u20ac) est une option et non une obligation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il n’est pas possible de louer des semaines incompl\u00e8tes \u00e0 un tarif au prorata du nombre de jours. Toute semaine commenc\u00e9e est due. Aucune remise en fonction du nombre de personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’option m\u00e9nage de fin de s\u00e9jour :<\/u><\/strong> Soit vous ne la prenez pas alors vous devez rendre la maison exactement en l\u2019\u00e9tat (m\u00e9nage et rangement) o\u00f9 vous l\u2019avez trouv\u00e9e en entr\u00e9e. Soit vous la prenez alors vous n\u2019avez pas \u00e0 faire le m\u00e9nage \u00e0 la fin de votre s\u00e9jour. Ce qui n\u2019exclut pas de jouir de la location en \u00ab bon p\u00e8re de famille \u00bb. Quel est l\u2019esprit de l\u2019option m\u00e9nage ? C\u2019est de permettre au locataire de ne pas faire le m\u00e9nage le dernier jour, de ne pas faire le d\u00e9poussi\u00e9rage des lieux avant de quitter la location.. L\u2019option m\u00e9nage ne correspond ni au m\u00e9nage complet d\u2019une maison qui n\u2019aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 nettoy\u00e9e pendant tout le s\u00e9jour ni au rangement de la maison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TERMS OF BOOKING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a complete application, with the information requested above, made more than one month before the date of stay:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1.  Sending personalized contract by e-mail. (owner to the tenant)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2.  Reservation request by return by post (50% deposit) (renter to the owner)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Confirmation of reservation by mail (owner to renter)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Balance, certificate of holiday insurance, and security deposit by mail (renter to the owner).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    THE DEPOSIT OF GUARANTEE (990 \u20ac)<\/strong> is to be carried out with the balance, one month before the entry in hiring. If the deposit is made by check, it is not cashed, unless the inventory of places of exit requires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The current expenses included cover the usual consumption (excluding heating) of a family or a group.
