Please specify their ages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your postal address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mobile phone number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please indicate whether you would like the end-of-stay cleaning option (+\u20ac120).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please indicate which pets will be accompanying you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong> The owner sends the personalised rental agreement by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.<\/strong> The tenant returns the signed booking agreement (by post or as a scanned copy by email). Payment of the <strong>25% deposit<\/strong> by bank transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.<\/strong> The owner sends the booking confirmation by post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. One month before your stay:<\/strong> the remaining balance, proof of holiday rental insurance and payment for the cleaning option must be sent directly to the owner. The <strong>\u20ac990 security deposit<\/strong> must be paid by bank transfer (or by cheque, which will not be cashed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CANCELLATION<\/strong> \u2013 In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-larger-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TERMS OF BOOKING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a complete application, with the information requested above, made more than one month before the date of stay:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>&nbsp;Sending personalized contract by e-mail. (owner to the tenant)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;Reservation request by return by post (25% deposit) (renter to the owner)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confirmation of reservation by mail (owner to renter)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Balance, certificate of holiday insurance, and security deposit by mail (renter to the owner).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"alignwide wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>THE DEPOSIT OF GUARANTEE (990 \u20ac)<\/strong>&nbsp;is to be carried out with the balance, one month before the entry in hiring. Either you take it then you do not have to clean the end of your stay. This does not exclude to enjoy the rental in \u00ab\u00a0good father\u00a0\u00bb. What is the spirit of the household option? It is to allow the tenant not to clean the last day, not to dust the premises before leaving the rental .. ENTRY AND EXIT TIMES.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"alignwide wp-block-paragraph\">The house is independent. The owner does not live nearby. Check-ins are on Saturdays at 5 p.m., check-outs at 10 a.m. The keys are handed over on site. If the house is ready before 5 p.m., you will receive a text message with the code for a key box on the day of your check-in, at the time the house is ready. The entry code is never sent before the house is ready. Check-in can also be done after 5 p.m. with the key box. If you want other times, please ask. Check-outs cannot be done after 10 a.m. On request, an early check-out is possible.<br>For any questions, contact the host by phone or text message with the phone number on the contract, on the website after booking, and which is displayed in the rental.<br>The house is located in Barneville plage at the address on the contract. Directions. By car, from Caen take the RN13, exit D902 Valognes Bricquebec Barneville. By train, the nearest station is in Valognes. By plane, the nearest airports are in Carpiquet (near Caen) or Maupertus (near Cherbourg).<br>On the property, you can park 3 cars. The equipment instructions are in the kitchen drawer, under the oven. Please note: 100 Kwh \/ week of electricity and 4 m3 \/ week of water, 90 liters of wood \/ week (which corresponds to 1\/4 of one of the two reserves next to the fireplace).
